Bug Reports
If a conversion failed or produced unexpected output, please include:
- The source format and target format (e.g., HEIC → JPG)
- Your browser name and version (e.g., Chrome 124, Safari 17)
- Your operating system (e.g., macOS 14, Windows 11, iOS 17)
- A brief description of what went wrong
You do not need to attach the original image — we do not collect files. A description of the issue is sufficient.
Feature Requests
We are always working to add new format pairs and features. If you need a conversion that is not currently supported, let us know.
